1.1 Physical Products:
You may cancel your order for physical products at any time before it is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com. We will issue a full refund if the order is cancelled before it is shipped.
1.2 Digital and Software Products:
Due to the nature of digital and software products, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
2.1 Physical Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the product and issue a refund or replacement once we receive the returned product.
2.2 Digital and Software Products:
Due to the nature of digital and software products, we do not provide refunds for these products once they have been downloaded or accessed, except in the following cases:
The product is defective or does not work as advertised.
The product has not been accessed or downloaded by the customer.
